Establecer la clasificación de las
actividades agrícolas, forestales, de aserrado,
silvícolas, de caza y pesca, a fin de que sean
identificadas aquellas labores, tareas o trabajos
considerados de menor riesgo para las personas
trabajadoras menores, conforme a lo que establece el
Artículo 176, fracción II, numeral 8, de la Ley Federal
del Trabajo, que no impliquen el uso de químicos, manejo
de maquinaria y vehículos pesados. |
To establish the classification of
agricultural, forestry, sawing, silviculture, hunting
and fishing activities, so that work, tasks or jobs
considered to be of lower risk for minor workers are
identified, in accordance with the provisions of Article
176, section II, paragraph 8, of the Federal Labor Law,
that do not involve the use of chemicals, operation of
machinery and heavy vehicles. |
