El objetivo de la presente Norma
Oficial Mexicana, es establecer las
especificaciones del Sistema de Gestión de la
Seguridad Operacional para las personas
concesionarias, asignatarias y permisionarias de
transporte aéreo de servicios al público; las
personas concesionarias, asignatarias y
permisionarias aeroportuarias; el organismo
descentralizado Aeropuertos y Servicios
Auxiliares; el órgano administrativo
desconcentrado Servicios a la Navegación en el
Espacio Aéreo Mexicano; los permisionarios de
talleres aeronáuticos; las organizaciones
responsables del diseño de tipo o responsables
de la fabricación de aeronaves, motores o
hélices; los prestadores de servicio de tránsito
aéreo; las instituciones educativas que estén
expuestas a riesgos de Seguridad Operacional
relacionados con la operación de aeronaves al
prestar sus servicios y a los operadores aéreos
de aeronaves de estado distintas de las
militares que cumplan con los requisitos
establecidos en la presente Norma Oficial
Mexicana. |
The objective of this Official
Mexican Standard is to establish the
specifications of the Operational Safety
Management System for concessionaires, assignees
and permit holders of air transportation of
services to the public; airport concessionaires,
assignees and permit holders; the decentralized
organization Airports and Auxiliary Services;
the decentralized administrative body Navigation
Services in the Mexican Airspace; aeronautical
workshop permit holders; organizations
responsible for the type design or responsible
for the manufacture of aircraft, engines or
propellers; air traffic service providers;
educational institutions that are exposed to
Operational Safety risks related to the
operation of aircraft when providing their
services and to air operators of state aircraft
other than military aircraft that comply with
the requirements established in this Official
Mexican Standard. |
