Human Resources - Labor Law

To avoid labor problems and lawsuits, and create an environment that is productive and comfortable, it is vital that Maquiladoras and international companies doing business in Mexico devise a management strategy based on familiarity with Mexican labor law. Many of you have purchased our careful, accurate translation of the Mexican Federal Labor Law -- We now are presenting a 2 day seminar detailing and explaining the Labor Law. This seminar covers all the main points of the Labor Law, but we also discuss cultural differences, effective personnel management, contracts, layoffs, etc.

The cost of the seminar is $450 and includes our translation of the Labor Law (a $120 value).

We have no new seminars planned for 2007 - If you are interested in attending one this year, contact glenn@mexicanlaws.net

This seminar is in Tijuana, Baja Calif. at the Hotel Lucerna 9:00 to 5:00.  Seminar attendees are recommended to fly into San Diego, take the trolley or a taxi to the border, walk across, and take a 5 minute taxi ride to the Lucerna.  The Lucerna gives a very nice discount to all MEXICANLAWS seminar attendees that want accommodations there.
