Capítulo I

Chapter I

Disposiciones generales

General Provisions

Artículo 1. La presente Ley es de orden público y tiene por objeto regular la explotación, el uso o aprovechamiento del espacio aéreo situado sobre el territorio nacional, respecto de la prestación y desarrollo de los servicios de transporte aéreo civil y de Estado.

Article I. This Law is of public order and has the object of regulating the exploitation and use of air space located over national territory, regarding the rendering and development of civilian and State air transportation services.

El espacio aéreo situado sobre el territorio nacional es una vía general de comunicación sujeta al dominio de la Nación.

The air space located over national territory is a general route of communication subject to the dominion of the Nation.
