Disposiciones generales

General Provisions

ARTICULO 1. La presente Ley es de orden público y tiene por objeto regular la construcción, administración, operación y explotación de los aeródromos civiles, los cuales son parte integrante de las vías generales de comunicación.

ARTICLE 1. This Law is of public order and has the object of regulating the construction, management, operation and exploitation of civilian airfields, which are an integral part of the general routes of communication.
