ERNESTO ZEDILLO PONCE DE LEÓN, Presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en ejercicio de la facultad que me confiere el artículo 89, fracción I, de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, y con fundamento en los artículos 34 y 36 de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal, y 1, 3, 5 a 7, 9 a 12, 14 a 30, 32 a 36, 38 a 43, 48 a 52, 55 a 72, 74 a 77, 79 a 81, 83, 84, y 89 de la Ley de Aviación Civil, he tenido a bien expedir el siguiente

ERNESTO ZEDILLO PONCE DE LEON, President of the United Status of Mexico, in the exercise of the power conferred to me by article 89, section I, of the United States of Mexico Political Constitution, and based on articles 34 and 36 of the Organic Federal Law of Public Administration, and on articles 1,3,5 to 7, 9 to 12, 14 to 30, 32 to 36, 38 to 43, 48 to 52, 55 to 72, 74 to 77, 79 to 81, 83, 84, and 89 of the Law of Civil Aviation, I have issued the following

REGLAMENTO DE LA LEY DE AVIACIÓN CIVIL

REGULATION OF THE LAW OF CIVIL AVIATION

Title One

Disposiciones generales

General Provisions

ARTÍCULO 1. El presente ordenamiento tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley de Aviación Civil, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en los tratados internacionales de los que los Estados Unidos Mexicanos sea parte.

ARTICLE 1.  The goal of the present ordinance is to regulate the Law of Civil Aviation, without affecting the provisions of International Agreements that the United States of Mexico have signed.
