ERNESTO ZEDILLO PONCE DE LEÓN, Presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en ejercicio de la facultad que me confiere el artículo 89, fracción I, de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, y con fundamento en los artículos 34 y 36 de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal, y en la Ley de Aeropuertos, he tenido a bien expedir el siguiente

ERNESTO ZEDILLO PONCE DE LEON, President of the United Mexican States, in the exercise of the power conferred on me by article 89, section I, of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, and based on articles 34 and 36 of the Organic Law of Federal Public Administration, and in the Law of Airports, I have issued the following

Object

Artículo 1. El presente ordenamiento tiene por objeto regular la construcción, administración, operación y explotación de los aeródromos civiles, como partes integrantes de las vías generales de comunicación aérea, conforme a la Ley de Aeropuertos.

Article 1. The goal of this ordinance is to regulate the construction, administration, operation and exploitation of civil airports, as integral parts of the general routes of air communication, in accordance with the Law of Airports.
