La
presente Norma Oficial Mexicana tiene como objetivo
establecer las disposiciones básicas que deben cumplirse
para la revisión diaria de las unidades vehiculares
destinadas al Autotransporte de Substancias, Materiales
y Residuos Peligrosos por parte de los conductores, para
asegurarse que éstas se encuentran en buenas condiciones
mecánicas y de operación.

The present Official
Mexican Standard has has its objective to establish the
basic dispositions that must be complied with for the
daily inspection of the vehicular units designated to
the Auto transport of Hazardous Substances, Materials,
and Wastes on the part of the drivers, for assuring
that they are to be in good mechanical and operational
conditions. |

Esta
Norma Oficial Mexicana es de observancia obligatoria
para los Autotransportistas y Conductores de las
unidades vehiculares que transportan substancias,
materiales y residuos peligrosos por las Vías Generales
de Comunicación Terrestre.

This Official Mexican
Standard is of obligatory observance for the Auto
transporters and Drivers of vehicular units that
transport hazardous substances, materials and wastes by
General Routes of Land Communication. |
