The CNA = "Comisión Nacional de Agua" (National Water Commission is changed to CONAGUA = "Comité Consultivo Nacional de Normalización del Sector Agua", National Consultative Committee of Standardization of the Water Sector - CNA is changed to CONAGUA in all the water standards.
