The Law for Regulating Credit Information Companies
 

A new law took effect on February 15, 2002 that regulates Credit Reporting Companies. This law clearly details the rules for credit reporting and the rights of consumers and lenders, as well as the procedures for making a complaint and  changing erroneous information.
