0.  Introduction

Es responsabilidad del titular de una autorización, permiso o licencia, expedidos por la Comisión Nacional de Seguridad Nuclear y Salvaguardias, que su personal posea niveles adecuados de calificación y entrenamiento, para realizar una actividad o práctica con fuentes de radiación ionizante, o con equipos generadores de radiación ionizante. Para ello, el encargado de seguridad radiológica, su auxiliar y el personal ocupacionalmente expuesto, de acuerdo a sus responsabilidades y actividades, y considerando
el tipo de instalación en la que prestan sus servicios, deben demostrar poseer una calificación adecuada y un entrenamiento suficiente, para cumplir con el programa de seguridad radiológica establecido en el centro de trabajo.

It is the responsibility of the holder of an authorization, permit, or license, issued by the National Commission of Nuclear Safety and Safeguards, that their personnel possess adequate levels of qualification and training, in order to carry out an activity or practice with sources of ionizing radiation, or with equipment that generates of ionizing radiation. For this, the person in charge of radiological safety, the assistant, and the occupationally exposed personnel, according to their responsibilities and activities and considering the type of installation where their services are rendered must demonstrate that they possess adequate qualification and sufficient training in order to comply with the program of radiological safety established in the workplace.
