Esta Norma Oficial Mexicana establece los requisitos para la recuperación de azufre proveniente de los procesos de refinación de petróleo con el fin de reducir las emisiones de compuestos de azufre a la atmósfera. Establece también el método de cálculo correspondiente.

This Official Mexican Standard establishes the recover of sulfur from the processes of petroleum refining for the purpose of reducing the emissions of sulfur compounds to the atmosphere. It also establishes the corresponding method of calculation.
