Articulo
1. La presente ley es de orden público y tiene por
objeto regular las acciones relativas a la
planeación, programación, presupuestación,
contratación, gasto y control de las adquisiciones y
arrendamientos de bienes muebles y la prestación de
servicios de cualquier naturaleza, que realicen:

Article 1. This Law is of public order and has the
objective of regulating actions related to the
planning, programming, budgeting, contracting,
expense, and control of acquisitions and the leasing
of goods, and the rendering of services of any
nature, that are performed by: |
|
I. Las
unidades administrativas de la Presidencia de la
República;
|
|
I. The administrative units of the Presidency of the
Republic; |
|
II. Las
Secretarías de Estado, Departamentos Administrativos
y la Consejería Jurídica del Ejecutivo Federal;
|
|
II. The Secretaries of State, Administrative
Departments, and Legal Departments of the Federal
Executive branch; |
|
III. La
Procuraduría General de la Republica; |
|
III. The General Prosecutor of the Republic;
|
|
IV. Los
organismos descentralizados; |
|
IV. The decentralized organs of government;
|
|
V. Las
empresas de participación estatal mayoritaria y los
fideicomisos en los que el fideicomitente sea el
gobierno federal o una entidad paraestatal, y
|
|
V. The companies of majority participation by the
State and the Trusts in which the trustee is the
Federal Government or an intrastate entity, and
|
