1. Objetivo

1. Objective

La presente Norma Oficial Mexicana tiene como objetivo establecer los datos y especificaciones que debe contener la Información de Emergencia para el Transporte de Substancias, Materiales y Residuos Peligrosos, que indique las acciones a seguir para casos de incidente o accidente (fugas, derrames, explosiones, incendios, exposiciones, etc.), que debe llevar toda unidad de transporte, durante el transporte de substancias, materiales y residuos peligrosos, en bolsa o carpeta-portafolios en un lugar accesible de la unidad, retirada de la carga.

This Official Mexican Standard has the objective of establishing the data and specifications that the Emergency Information for the Transport of Hazardous Substances, Materials and Wastes must contain, that indicate the actions to follow for cases of incident or accident (leaks, spills, explosions, fires, exposures, etc.) that all unit of transport must carry during the transport of hazardous substances, materials, and wastes, in a bag or notebook – portfolio in an accessible place in the unit separated from the cargo.
