COMMERCIAL INFORMATION – LABELING OF TEXTILE PRODUCTS, DRESS CLOTHES AND THEIR ACCESSORIES. (MODIFIES NOM-004-SCFI-1993).

1. Objetivo y campo de aplicación

 

  1. Objective and field of application
     
1.1 La presente Norma Oficial Mexicana establece la información comercial, que los fabricantes y confeccionistas nacionales, así como los importadores, deben fijar en los textiles, ropa de casa y en las prendas de vestir y sus accesorios.

 

  1.1 The present Official Mexican Standard establishes the commercial information, that National manufacturers and clothing makers, as well as importers, must attach to the textiles, household clothing and dress garments and their accessories.
1.2 La información comercial a que se refiere la presente Norma debe incorporarse a los textiles, las prendas de vestir y sus accesorios y ropa de casa, elaborada con productos textiles aun cuando contengan plásticos; en el caso de productos importados, antes de su internación al país.

 

  1.2 The commercial information referred to in the present Standard must be incorporated into textiles, dress garments, and their accessories, and household clothing made from textile products even when they contain plastics; in the case of imported products, before bringing them into the country.
