1. Objetivo y campo de aplicación

Objective and field of application |
|
1.1. Esta Norma es de observancia
obligatoria en todo el territorio nacional, y tiene
por objeto establecer los requisitos y
procedimientos para que los médicos veterinarios se
aprueben como Unidades de Verificación ante la
Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería y Desarrollo
Rural, el refrendo de la aprobación, así como las
funciones y actividades de verificación y
certificación que deben realizar para la prestación
de los servicios oficiales. |

1.1. This Standard is of obligatory observance in
the whole National territory, and has as its goal to
establish the requirements and procedures in order
to approve veterinary doctors as Units of
Verification before the Secretary of Agriculture,
Livestock, and Rural Development, and the renewal of
approval, as well as the functions and activities of
verification and certification that must be
performed for the rendering of official services.
