CICOPLAFEST
is the Agreement between the
Secretaries of Labor (STPS), Transportation (SCT), Health (SSA),
and Agriculture (SAGARPA) for the control of the Importation
of Pesticides, Fertilizers, and Toxic Substances. This
translation includes the list of pesticides, fertilizers, and
toxic substances by name and tariff classification.
New Agreement published dec 17, 2001 and
became effective Jan. 17, 2002 -- last
changes April 1, 2005

mercancías cuya importación está sujeta a regulación por
parte de las dependencias que integran la Comisión
Intersecretarial para el Control del Proceso y Uso de
Plaguicidas, Fertilizantes y Sustancias Tóxicas. |
