Review the wages for 2009 compared to the past 9 years.

are as follows - there are some important changes in these new major
standards. Procedures and documentation requirements are much
clarified and more detailed. Each one of these new standards has a
very helpful section entitled, "Evaluation of Compliance" that
explains exactly what compliance means.

The CNA = "Comisión Nacional de Agua" (National Water Commission is changed to CONAGUA = "Comité Consultivo Nacional de Normalización del Sector Agua", National Consultative Committee of Standardization of the Water Sector - CNA is changed to CONAGUA in all the water standards. NOM-003-CNA-1996, requirements during the construction of water extraction wells for preventing the contamination of aquifers.
