PRESIDENT FELIPE CALDERÓN HINOJOSA -
The
Executive branch through the cabinet (Secretarías) is
responsible for the oversight to laws; the Secretaries
issue the Regulations for laws, and NOMs are created by
the DGN which is part of the Secretary of Economy.
Companies and individuals deal directly with the Secretarías for permits and procedures, audits, etc.
